Martin Hahn

Martin Hahn brings more than 30 years of nonprofit leadership to his consulting practice. He has served as director of eight organizations spanning housing, homelessness, community development, small business lending, and public libraries.

His career has focused on guiding organizations through critical transitions—mergers, turnarounds, restructuring, and leadership changes. He works with nonprofits nationally, both in-person and virtually.
